Spring Creek Development:
May Engineering provided professional engineering services for nearly a decade on this 1,000 acre project parcel, which includes a business park and 1,200 residential units. The transportation network consisted of public and private streets, multi-use trails, and sidewalks. The business park roadway was a 4 lane boulevard with a roundabout that has yet to built. The dev
