Mr. May has over 25 years of experience providing full spectrum civil engineering consulting services for governments, industry, retail, and large residential and resort developers. His past experiences ranging from heavy highway design, land development, and municipal engineering affords him the knowledge to successfully conceive, design, and implement complex civil infrastructure projects.
Jerry Jennings, COO Director of Construction
Mr. Jennings is a seasoned leader with over 40 years of experience in engineering and construction. He specializes in driving projects from initial design to completion, consistently delivering data-driven results safely, on time, and under budget while optimizing costs throughout the project lifecycle.
Lance Schultz, Director of Planning and Development
Mr. Schultz with 30+ years of experience in Ohio’s public and private sectors. Expert in zoning, site plan reviews, and land use compliance for residential and industrial projects. Proven track record in drafting subdivision ordinances, conducting feasibility studies, and coordinating regional Planning Commissions.
Sergio Santos, Project Engineer
Mr. Santos is an experienced engineer with 12 years of oilfield expertise and a specialization in environmental emissions control and biosystem optimization. Proven track record in VOC and H2S mitigation, spanning experimental design, field-scale systems, and regulatory compliance.
Jacob Mitchel, Designer
Mr. Mitchell has 4 years of experience assisting in the planning and design of civil engineering projects. Some major projects include municipal waterworks, wastewater systems, and roadway design and improvements. Jacob has supported those projects in many roles such as project surveying, preparation of project plans, & system modeling.
Madeliene Jennings, PhD Project Engineer
Ms. Jennings has spent the majority of her career as a Business Process Engineer with extensive experience in the manufacturing industry. She has spearheaded the implementation of quality management systems leading to higher efficiency and quality client relationships. She has experience in quality management systems and joins us as our director of quality.
